Indy Metro has a partnership with a local art school there in Magdalena, Guatemala serving the families and children of that art school, started and led by a Guatemalan couple Carlos and Telma.
Seven of us from Indy Metro were in Magdelana serving last week andI wanted to say thank you for your generous prayers and support. Many of you gave to support to be there, donated supplies, and prayed. It was an amazing week you will be hearing lots more in the weeks to come.
Throughout our week the steady theme there was the joy and contentment through generosily giving and receiving, regardless of our economic status. It came up over and over again.
This has been a theme the Lord has brought about in past weeks in Guatemala in many others as well. Katie shares a powerful story from her trip to Guatemala earlier this year about the generous response of Beverly.
