On Sunday I shared a very important message for the future of Indy Metro! If you’ve spent any significant amount of time in Indy Metro you know what an amazing church this has become over the past 5 years! A church of diversity, community, and generosity for all people in the journey to run towards Jesus. And together we’re making a difference in the hearts of lives of so many people in our city and world.
Over the past few months we’ve been stirred to dream larger dreams and live out the Kindom sized vision every church centered on Jesus is given! So, as we head into 2012 we are preparing to take bolder steps to do just that at Indy Metro in our great city.
One of the realities which has become clear in 2011 is in our lack of a permanant downtown facility we’re missing great opportunities to expand our love of Jesus and people in Indianapolis.
We aren’t looking for a “church building” but a “mission central” to serve as a community outreach center to show the love of Christ to Indianapolis and bring permanence for our church downtown. A permanent facility for us during the week and weekends will better allow us to accomplish the Kingdom sized mission of our church!
While this may take months to years to identify we believe we must be prepared financially as a church. And now is the time for all who believe in the vision and purpose of Indy Metro Church to give financially to prepare!

This December, so that we may pursue a “mission central” facility for Indy Metro Church, we’re asking everyone to give in special Future Vision Offering. The money raised in this special offering will be set aside and saved for a future facility.
As we have always done, we will set aside the first portion (from the total money raised in this Future Vision Offering) to give away to our Love Guatemala partnership!
We are simply asking every person who believes in our mission and purpose to prayerfullly consider giving generously to our future in Indianapolis. Consider a sacrificial gift and stretch your faith in support of God’s mighty work in Indy Metro Church!
